Sarah Herndon was born and raised in Reno, NV. She attended the University of Nevada, Reno and lived in Southern California for 6 years before planting her roots back in Reno. She is a proud mother of two little girls and is engaged to the man of her dreams. She is a stage IV breast cancer fighter and survivor, as well as an active Reno Race for the Cure planning committee member and a top fundraiser for Susan G. Komen Nevada. She is a health and wellness advocate and believes in the power of positive thinking. She launched her own blog, Healing is Believing in July of 2016 and hopes to inspire others with her message of staying positive event through the most difficult circumstances. Sarah is an avid skier and snowboarder and loves to swim, hike and spend time with her family and puppies.
