WHAT: Bulldozers and Beer 2018
WHEN: January 25, 2018
WHERE: Dolan Lexus
This annual event is the kick-off party for The Cancer Society’s “Big Dig” Event that is put on each summer for children battling cancer in our community.
Familiar with Big Dig?
Big Dig is a wonderful event said to, “make children’s Tonka Truck dreams come true!” Molly Dillon, American Cancer Society’s Community Development Manager, told us this as she shared her excitement for the annual event.
This kiddos participating in the Big Dig get the opportunity to operate heavy machinery and “play in the sand” on a whole new level. They are able to operate over 40 pieces of big rig construction equipment and usually receive a visit from Reno police as well as firetrucks and much more!
It is a great day where they can forget about their illness and focus on being kids!
If you would like to learn more about the Big Dig and The American Cancer Society join us this month for Bulldozers and Beer at Dolan Lexus and learn all you need to know! This is a free event, but we would ask that you RSVP to The Cancer Society’s Molly Dillon at 775.828.2205.
